General obligations and responsibilities of reviewers

Any materials received from the editorial board and the information contained therein should be considered by reviewers as confidential information and cannot be transferred to third parties or used for personal gain.

Reviewers should be objective and formulate their conclusions unambiguously with arguments so that the authors of the papers can use them to further improve the manuscript.

If the selected reviewer considers himself insufficiently qualified for an objective assessment of a particular study or if he is unable to review the work in a timely manner, he is obliged to notify the editor as soon as possible and not take part in writing the review. It is not allowed to act as a reviewer of a manuscript if there is a conflict of interest caused by competition, cooperation or other relationships with the author, legal entity or founder related to this material.
